Performance Leader was founded in Australia in 2008 as SkillsScorecard by Ray D’Cruz, a former lawyer and head of learning, and Patrick Fitzgerald, co-founder of the leading sports mobile business, Sportsmate. Since then we’ve grown our team, established a UK base and worked with clients in over 30 countries. Our clients are drawn exclusively from the professional services sector.

We’ve been at the forefront of research into performance in the professions, charting the shift from annual reviews toward more continuous feedback, and helping our clients to constantly evolve.

And if you want to keep refining and developing your approach, which we recommend, we won’t penalise you to reconfigure the software.
