We’re delighted to announce that Performance Leader has agreed terms to acquire Bowland Solutions, a software company based in the UK.
Like Performance Leader, Bowland Solutions specialises in performance and feedback software, and works with leading UK professional services firms.
We want to take this opportunity to thank Bowland’s co-founders, Brendan Walsh and John Rice. They’ve built a great business and team over 20 years, and we look forward to leading the next stage of its evolution.
John and Brendan will continue to grow and develop their independent business, Bowland Consulting. They'll continue to support firms with the design and delivery of 360-degree feedback programs and leadership team development programs. We look forward to collaborating with them on these projects as their technology partner. More on this later!
