The idea for Performance Leader first came about after seeing first hand how professional firms were struggling with performance and feedback.
Digging into the problem, we saw paper-based methods, clunky platforms, to and technology clearly not suited to partnerships or professional firms. The result was disengaged partners and staff.
With Performance Leader we saw an opportunity to combine performance and feedback technology aimed squarely at the professions, with deep sector expertise, to help win the hearts and minds of their partners and employees.
Over the years we’ve worked for many leading firms on challenging talent projects all over the world. We’ve built a great team, collaborated extensively with like-minded organisations, and opened offices in London, Perth and New York. And we’ve kept evolving our product, to be more flexible and agile as work becomes more flexible and agile.
What hasn’t changed is our exclusive focus on the professional services sector and our desire to build relationships that sustain change.
