This recorded webinar (55 mins) on Collaboration and the War for Talent discusses the interrelated and reinforcing nature of talent retention and collaboration.

It draws on research and practical examples to explore the propositions that:

  • Collaboration is a weapon in the War for Talent
  • Well-managed talent operationalises collaboration

The topic is examined through the lens of the partner and employee life cycle:

  • Before: talent attraction, and talent acquisition through merger
  • During: retention and engagement
  • After: life beyond partnership/employment
