We're delighted to launch our 2026 Partner Contribution & Compensation Survey, in collaboration with MHPR Advisors.
This survey, which builds on our previous studies in 2015, 2017 and 2020, explores current practices and future intentions around how firms manage partner contribution and reward. Six years on from our last survey, amid unprecedented change, what are firms doing to align strategic plans with partner reward?
The 2026 edition goes deeper on several emerging priorities that we know are front of mind for firm leaders right now: the role of AI and data analytics in reward decisions, the effectiveness of remuneration committees, collaboration and innovation incentives and the use of technology platforms.
The survey takes approximately 10-15 minutes to complete. All individual responses are strictly confidential. Every participant will receive a copy of the full research report (expected June 2026) and invitations to both online and in-person briefings.
