Performance Leader is delighted to announce a strategic partnership with Smarter Collaboration International (SCI), the leading provider of collaboration diagnostic and assessment tools for professional services firms.

The partnership will see SCI’s tools integrated directly into the Performance Leader platform through a dedicated Smarter Collaboration Module.

The partnership brings together Performance Leader’s market-leading performance management and reward software platform, developed over 20 years, with SCI’s research-driven collaboration tools, developed by Dr Heidi K. Gardner and Ivan Matviak.

‍

Heidi’s groundbreaking research into collaboration, and the publication of Smart Collaboration, helped establish collaboration as a key strategic priority for many of the world’s professional services firms. Heidi’s research demonstrated that firms that embed collaboration disciplines and capabilities can achieve significantly better client, people and financial outcomes.

The follow-up publication, Smarter Collaboration, co-authored by Heidi and Ivan, goes further, exploring the practical application of collaboration across a range of contexts. Together, their research and insights have informed the development of SCI’s assessment tools.

Through this integration, Performance Leader clients will be able to seamlessly access the Smarter Collaboration Profile™ and SC360™.

Firms will be able to generate individual and team PDF reports, providing leaders with greater visibility into collaboration strengths, areas for skill development and cross-functional performance.

This partnership has emerged through our collaboration on a series of managing partner roundtables, webinars and podcasts over the past few years. This work has allowed us to discover the natural connections between our philosophies, client work and respective platforms.

Looking ahead, Performance Leader and SCI intend to deepen the partnership further. Our shared vision is to embed collaboration as a strategic discipline across goal-setting, performance assessment and reward processes, strengthening alignment and accountability.
