Findings from the 2026 Partner Contribution & Reward Survey

July 14, 2026

July

Join us for a webinar exploring the findings of the latest Equity Partner Contribution & Compensation (EPCC) research study.

Building on previous studies conducted in 2015, 2017 and 2020, the 2026 research provides a unique longitudinal view of how professional services firms are evolving their approach to partner contribution, compensation and governance.

With participation from more than 140 firms, the study offers a timely and substantive perspective on current practices and future intentions across areas including:

• Partner contribution and compensation
• Remuneration governance
• Collaboration and performance metrics
• The growing impact of AI

Few studies in our sector provide this combination of breadth, depth and historical perspective.

Research co-authors Michael Roch and Ray D’Cruz will present the key findings, emerging trends and practical implications for firms, followed by audience questions and discussion.

Over the past 20 years, Michael and Ray have advised Managing Partners, Boards and Remuneration Committees at hundreds of professional services firms across more than 40 countries. They are co-authors of The Partner Remuneration Handbook and have been the driving force behind the EPCC research programme since its inception.

We hope you can join us on 14 July.
