The London book launch for The Partner Remuneration Handbook was held on Tuesday 15 November at the ICAEW at One Moorgate.

Around 75 guests attended the event, with an author Q&A bookended with drinks and canapés.

Ian Jeffery, formerly managing partner and now CEO of the LawSociety of England & Wales, hosted the author Q&A (in his personal capacity).

Michael Roch and Ray D’Cruz fielded questions from Ian and audience members.

Questions covered a broad range of topics including:

What the authors learned from writing the book;

The evolution of partner reward structures and types;

The use of data and analytics in contribution assessment;

Why the authors advocate moving beyond a one-size-fits-all model of partner contribution to helping partners play to strengths; and

Alternative metrics to standard financial metrics

A video of the Q&A will be available shortly on the Performance Leader website.

Further in person and virtual events are planned for 2023, including a webinar series covering major book themes. If you’d like to be notified of these events please join our mailing list.
